  • Wear comfortable athletic clothing like a t shirt and shorts or leggings. We do have some loaner gear that you can use for your first practice if necessary and our coaches can help you select your own gear when you signup.

  • No prior fitness level is required! Our classes are designed to help you improve gradually, no matter where you're starting. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, our coaches will help you develop your strength, endurance, and skills at your own pace.

  • Class sizes vary, but we keep them manageable to ensure each student gets individual guidance from our instructors. We also offer private lessons for those looking for more personalized training.
